Then follow these instructions
1 - Please look around your door, behind bushes or to the side of your property, occasionally the carrier will conceal the package instead of leaving by your door or accidentally deliver to a neighbor.
2 - If you still cannot locate your package, please advise us so we can start a tracer claim with the carrier. The carrier will contact the delivery agent or determine if there is an issue with the delivery address.
3 - We will send you a Claim Statement with our insurance carrier, once we receive the filled-out form back from you, we will issue a full refund.
4 - If you are still needing the material please place a new order on the website, and if you have a commercial delivery address please enter this as your shipping address.
